Currently Reading: The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin

This book is LIFE CHANGING AND SELF-REASSURING. Stay tuned since I want to break down each part once I'm done!

At first it was very hard to get through the "Getting Started" part. It was too technical, with lots of research and names of experts I've never heard of before. I understand the value of ethos, and seeing how author spent a lot of time studying and all, but she kinda lost me there.

So far these are the things I've learned:

1. A good balance of things gives you a different outlook in life. (And it becomes more enjoyable)

2. Happiness equals productivity!
If you are happy, you will be more productive with your time, at work, with family, on your own...

3. Research shows that sleep is important!

Still learning this one myself... you are healthier and happier if you sleep.

On that note,

Goodnight!
