How can I be saved?

The fact you're reading this right know isn't a coincidence, just like God didn't create you on accident. He loves you, and he made you with a purpose in life!
Maybe you still don't know what your purpose is, and you've always questioned if there is someone out there, what the point of living even is, or if there is such a thing as a higher power.

Maybe you used to live for God but decided to take it in your own hands, and don't know what to do now. Today God is inviting you to receive forgiveness of sins, a sweet, happy relationship with him, peace of mind like no other, job, and of course, salvation! ALL FOR FREE. Just talk to him and repeat the following prayer with all your heart, believing that he is here with you. 

You aren't doing this for a person, a pastor, or a religion. You are doing this because you believe Jesus loves you, died and rose again for you! 

You can say something like this:

"Dear God, I thank you for this day you have given me to save my soul on time. I admit I am a sinner. I turn away from all of my sins and I receive Your Son Jesus in my heart as my Lord and Savior. Write my name in the Book of Life and do not ever erase it. Help me to walk with you all the days I have left on earth, and help me to never go back to my old lifestyle. In Jesus Name Amen." 


Just a few assurances of eternity and forgiveness from the Bible:

*If you prayed this prayer sincerely before God, the Bible says that now you have salvation and eternal life.
(John 3:16, Romans 2:6-7, Romans 6:22-23)
*The Lord has dismissed all your sins, and has given you a new heart. (Micah 7:19, Isaiah 1:18)
*You have been reconciled with God! You are now his son or daughter. (Romans 8:15-16) 

Now, there's a few things that I encourage you to do in order to continue walking strong in the Lord, get to know him, and understand his purpose for your life: 

1. Start reading Your Bible -It doesn't matter where in the Bible you should start reading, but most preferably start with the book of John and take one chapter a day. 
2. Pray - Don't worry about big words or a specific location. Just talk to God! Prayer is a conversation between you and your Father in heaven, he will listen to you when you come before him with an open heart and mind. 
3. Find a church where the Bible is being taught & believed from cover to cover-  This one can be a little tough but the main things you need to look for in a church are the basics: They teach from the Bible and believe in everything it says: That Jesus is the Son of God, he died, rose again on the third day for our sins and will return for the second time in the rapture for those who have given His life to him! 2. That Jesus is the Only Way. Truth, and Life. (He is the only one who can forgive sins, and make you new from the inside out. And last but not least, they believe in baptism. This is a symbolic act of what's already taken place in your heart, not to be saved, but to show the rest of the world that you are a new creation. 

Find a church where you can get baptized and know Jesus, and get to know other believers.

4. Tell others about the decision you have made - Don't expect happy responses or positive feedback. Following Jesus is hard, there are lots of trials you are going to face! People will not quite understand your decision at first, especially because serving Jesus is contrary to what the world teaches, but remember, JESUS HAS OVERCOME THIS WORLD! Tell your friends and family about your decision of following Jesus Christ, and ask the Lord to give you wisdom and strength to be the light in your home, at work and everywhere you go!
