Redefining your circles, and why it's important!

What's up people!! Recently I was talking to one of my mentors about marriage and children, and how everything is prone to change if you don't have your priorities defined. From trying to make more homemade meals, to changing my whole playlist and adding new stuff that I'm more into nowadays. It sounds mom-ish or whatever, whereas it's called enlightenment or self-discovery, I am truly enjoying this path, and I'm thrilled to share it with y'all today! 1. Sleeping 7-8 hours consistently affects you in many positive ways My goodness, I cannot emphasize this one enough! It took me forever to understand the value of sleep and how important it is for your overall happiness and health. I think the circumstances were different as well, since I was in college and homework would take over my life. I've been sleeping my hours, and not using my technology before bed. It was a bad habit, if I wasn't tired then I'd be on my phone, which would make me more awake. You will feel proud o...
