My experience at Cyclebar (indoor cycling studio)

A Brief Overview on Fitness   So I've always disliked gyms... I haven't been to a gym since 2014. Not my style, not something I'm into at all! I played soccer my whole life or danced, and this was literally how I stayed fit and healthy for years. When I moved to the city, it was much harder to play outside or ride my bike to school. I've always been conscious of my eating habits, and the fact that I needed to do something in regards to my physical health. I took yoga this summer with my best friend and it was truly a blast! However, I didn't feel like I was sweating enough, or burning enough calories. I was worried about what my future in fitness would look like, especially with my upcoming wedding & getting closer to winter time, which limits you from any outdoor physical activities. The Duggar Girls: I love Counting On!

When I started watching the show, Derrick was proposing to Jill. I fell in love with it, and not only that, but the way they met (In Nepal) made me pursue missions. Because of that show, or more specifically, that episode I started researching mission trips overseas and humanitarian work. This was early in the spring of 2015. By the end of that summer, I was already on a plane to Thailand on a mission trip. The motivation the show gave me was real, and the show itself isn’t even about that, but God specifically used that show to speak to me on missions. (Not to mention I didn’t even watch TV when I found the show) It was definitely God ordained. I absolutely enjoy the show, and I get super excited when a new season comes out. Accepting the fact that the Duggar girls have definitely changed after getting married and moving out of the Duggar household is an understatement.
